The best health improvements I’ve made in the past year or so: - pilates 2x a week (by far #1) - eat a small breakfast every morning (stimulates appetite) - ground / walk as close to barefoot as possible on earth - sleep 9+ hours (hard to do but changes the game) - eat veggies grown in the backyard - sleep on a buckwheat pillow

Huge fan of PIlates (go 3x a week) and got my husband into it Genuine q - isn't skipping breakfast and fasting actually better than small breakfast for longevity? Assuming doesn't make you feel bad

I also do Pilates twice a week. Why do you out it on the top of your list? What is it specifically that you place it above other fitness modalities or even on the top of your current list?

I suck when it comes to sleeping and can already see the after effects. How do you stay consistent with it? Usually sleep between 5-7 hours (2-3 hours once a week)

Pilates or any kind of exercise is perfect, as for breakfast is the most important meal of the day, breakfast is what gives us the impulse every day. This walking barefoot on the ground, is amazing, I like it, sleeping sometimes 8 hours gets complicated, we have to improve here, eating vegetables the best, although giving up sugar is even more relevant. We must continue.

Pilated my way outta being a stiff JPEG twice a week 1. Small breakfast daily—starter pack to pump appetite like a memecoin - Touched grass (literally), walked barefoot like a true degen monk And 9+ hours of sleep—basically a hibernating validator node Backyard veggies = farm-to-fork alpha Buckwheat pillow? Peak utility. My neck been staking gains all night Health is the real airdrop, frens.
