The best health improvements I’ve made in the past year or so: - pilates 2x a week (by far #1) - eat a small breakfast every morning (stimulates appetite) - ground / walk as close to barefoot as possible on earth - sleep 9+ hours (hard to do but changes the game) - eat veggies grown in the backyard - sleep on a buckwheat pillow

I suck when it comes to sleeping and can already see the after effects. How do you stay consistent with it? Usually sleep between 5-7 hours (2-3 hours once a week)
