The best health improvements I’ve made in the past year or so: - pilates 2x a week (by far #1) - eat a small breakfast every morning (stimulates appetite) - ground / walk as close to barefoot as possible on earth - sleep 9+ hours (hard to do but changes the game) - eat veggies grown in the backyard - sleep on a buckwheat pillow

I also do Pilates twice a week. Why do you out it on the top of your list? What is it specifically that you place it above other fitness modalities or even on the top of your current list?

It strengthens the core in a way that nothing else that I’ve found does And it helps me move in the rest of my life without as much joint wear
