I'd love to be able to filter search to a channel. Having a search icon in the user profile page to pre-filter to that user and in the channel header to pre-filter to that channel would be great.

- no filters - no sorting - tab is hidden with empty input; slide in with three tabs is jarring - I never use it because I don't trust it and instead use searchcaster or buoy

Iโ€™m looking for a v specific cast that I know David casted, and it had a Dune Dashboard link. I feel like something as simple as this should be able to at least find something.

some UX annoyances do not make me click tabs for channel/users/casts. when I search for something just show me users, channels and casts when I click on the search icon, put me already in search box with cursor/keyboard ready to go.

My most common pattern for search is "@username <search terms>" in order to find old casts that I remember someone sent about a topic It's almost impossible to remember a cast and find it. You end up having to scroll through the user's profile and hope it was recent enough to find it easily

When i'm searching, I'm usually looking for a person not a channel. Users should be first. Searching for casts is OK, but could use some filters.

I can't search within users or channels... and also i have to be very specific in the word order or it doesn't return what I want! Sometimes I know who casted 2 or 3 words And it's still not enough to find. Today I went on dune to find a cast I made, so then I could copy and paste the phrase
