Neynar is acquiring Farcaster.
Over the next few weeks, we’ll transfer ownership of the protocol contracts and code repositories, the Farcaster app, and Clanker to Neynar. They will run and maintain everything going forward.
Some members of the Merkle team, Varun, and I will step back from day-to-day work on Farcaste

I know there are some complaints about Farcaster's recent decisions, I disagree with some of them too (like the button move).
But as an indie dev, I still think Farcaster is one of the best places to build. Like Recaster, I had zero incentives or marketing, and Dan went out of his way to help promote...

Thankfully, Neynar has a global ban API for app, so I'll block more similar accounts in Recaster.
