How does everyone fit mobility into their routines? As part of your workouts? At a specific time in the day? One day a week? With a social component (e.g., yoga class)?

yoga every other day after 5pm. classes help a lot by taking any thinking out of it, which is suuuper helpful since my brain is usually tired by that time

Before every work out, I start with dynamic stretching after a 10 min walk on the treadmill After, I do static stretching. I have a foam roller as needed.

I always start the workout with core balance and some mobility work. I try to end with stretching but skip it if I’m running late

After every running workout I do few minutes of stretching. Never had back pain again after I implemented this routine.

I do Pilates thrice a week and yoga once a week. Pilates changes my body/fitness more than anything.
