Don’t know why my 2025 recap showed up now and not at the end of the month, but here it is. There are the strength workout. The other days I run. Except for Saturday, my rest day.

These are the data points of my bronchitis (consequence of flu25). Coughing started Feb 3rd and ended up in a tough bronchitis after few days. My body was already fighting the virus from Jan 27th (vitals were well above typical range). Wearables give us a lot of insight even before the noticeable symptoms appear. I still have some cough now, but it’s mild and vitals are again the in the typical range. Slowly restarted training. I hope to be out of this mess…
