Wow. That’s so counterintuitive. Great stuff. I had a working theory that Mondays were a horrible time to post because my non data driven experience has been: If someone on Merkle engages with your post the chances it goes viral skyrocket But I usually get lower engagement from them on Mondays And my conspiracy was that they must have sync meetings on Monday or something because they tend to be quieter those days. Thanks for busting my tin foil hat theory!

A better stat could be - Calculate avg likes of a caster - Avg likes for each day for that caster, as a % of their avg likes overall - Calculate the avg of those percentages across all casters So we see how they perform on a given day vs their usual performance, reducing the outlier effects
