*a call for halp for the right-thumbed scrollers on da mobile devices* The pencil to create cast button is in the vicinity of my thumb flicking to scroll. It’s a wild amount of times I’ve accidentally tapped it. Then the create cast screen appears when all I wanted to do was scroll endlessly on my feed. There is a time and place to create my casts and it’s not when I’m furiously flicking the feed 🕺🏼 @farcaster please answer this cry for help

TIME TO TELL YOU: I was beginning to think it was all lore, these things called “jobs.” But after what feels like 43 versions of my resume, 17 personalities, and counting more “unfortunately, we’ve moved forward with other candidates” emails in my inbox than there are selfies on the internet... I WILL BE ENTERING MY EMPLOYED ERA. I got a job! I start immediately, as in tomorrow, which coincidentally is also my birthday. Happy birthday to me! I have lots to celebrate and I think that gives me the perfect excuse to eat two cakes. [Wait, it’s also a full moon. Make that two cakes and a pint of ice cream.] Anyway, it’s not a super cool glamorous job like taking over as editor-in-chief of Vogue, but at least it pays me something and I get to work remotely, which means I can still be next to my animals 24/7 in the eternal chaos that is my studio apartment / overcrowded zoo. Thank you to everyone who gave me emotional support likes, comments, and words of encouragement through my job market depressions and overly dramatic casts. The support from my Farcaster frens helped keep me mostly sane during some of my more difficult moods. The remaining sanity I outsourced to Cannelle and Cruella, who continue to believe they’re the real stars and not getting paid enough treats. On to my next point—the saddish news... While I figure out how to balance employment with my usual casting of random thoughts and animal shenanigans, the human (me) and animals of crunnella may disappear temporarily, or at least much less often. Once I evolve my multitasking skills, I'll probably be back more frequently. Expect updates. In the meantime, wish me luck as I attempt to remember how to be a functioning adult that sets an alarm and has a schedule and everything. TTYL

🥹😭😍 YOU GUYS, FARCASTER FAM IS OFFICIALLY GOAT! We made it to the goal! Cannelle will be able to have her surgery to get spayed. We’re so appreciative I don’t have more words right now! I want to give everyone a big hug and to everyone who contributed a big slobbery kiss from Cannelle and I’m sure Bert would be happy to share some kisses too. 😘😘 I will surely make another gushy post when I have more time to think about words. But really this was such a lovely surprise before going to sleep.
