In Greece we make this thing called “freddo espresso” by quickly blending espresso with ice cubes (and sugar if you want), then strain. No dilution.

One glass big ice cube, like the size of a kid's fist. You get them in the supermarkets here in Spain Other glass espresso Then in one elegant and swift movement you pour the hot espresso over the ice cube. That's how it's done in Spain.

I would try to reduce as much as i could the water on a nespresso coffee. Try other ways to make it could. My 2 cents: Coffee whips like cream. This is especially noticeable in the espresso Martini cocktail. A good way to cool your coffee is to pour it into a cocktail shaker (or sealed jar) with 3 or 4 ice cubes, shake vigorously for 20 seconds, and serve. Just coffee. Let me know.
