One glass big ice cube, like the size of a kid's fist. You get them in the supermarkets here in Spain Other glass espresso Then in one elegant and swift movement you pour the hot espresso over the ice cube. That's how it's done in Spain.

wowow, i don't think i've seen regular super markets here carry ice cubes that are larger than the small blocks but just imagining that process alone makes it seem very satisfying!
