Do you mean SPAs that are built without metaframeworks? Yes, CRA is dead but it’s easy to get it going with Vite. Useful for intranet apps in web2 and for crypto they’re also able to be deployed in decentralized hosting like IPFS or Fleek since they’re static apps.
