crazy bio facts: sperm health and paternal DNA determines placenta health (yes, inside the woman’s womb) which determines a woman’s health during pregnancy and sperm regenerates every 74 days so within 10 weeks men can seriously improve their sperm health

This is why everyone should be super active throughout trying to be pregnant. It's such a disservice to women if they don't show up with their best health and leave them poorly for 40 weeks !!!

I'm pretty sure it doesn't take 10 weeks to empty everything and start over...

people do not talk about the miracle of fertility enough. men’s swimmer quality is just as important as women’s egg quality.

Also epigenetics are real. If you’re overweight and unhealthy then your sperm will transfer those signals and the baby will be born with genetic markers turned off; reality to obesity etc. so they start with an uphill battle and predisposed to being overweight

Ever since I learned how much inflammation can affect your sperm I’ve discussed this with every long-term girlfriend Imo as soon as you think you’re ready to begin trying, the man should change his diet for 10 weeks (and maintain until conception) Ensures better sperm health — less worry for mom of preeclampsia etc — but also gives you an extra 10 weeks to prepare and get other things in order
