Just had homemade hachis Parmentier: minced beef, onions, garlic, mashed potatoes, tomato sauce, olive oil, paprika, black pepper, salt, topped with grated Emmental.
Served with lettuce dressed in cider balsamic vinegar and olive oil, plus a proper baguette tradition.
