Day 5: Gym 🏋️‍♀️ Has anyone actually done 12/3/30 (12 incline, 3mph, 30 min) consistently? Does it work?? I’m drenched and need to know if it’s worth doing 🥵

My 30mins routine is Incline/mph/mins 0/5/4 0/6/4 0/7/4 0/8/4 22/5/14 So I increase the speed progressively with no incline and then come down back to 5 with max incline

i was a running girly earlier this year but with this heat and time being precious (i usually read or text ppl back while on treadmill) this has proved easy enough to maintain while difficult enough to feel satisfying
