Day 5: Gym πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ Has anyone actually done 12/3/30 (12 incline, 3mph, 30 min) consistently? Does it work?? I’m drenched and need to know if it’s worth doing πŸ₯΅

My 30mins routine is Incline/mph/mins 0/5/4 0/6/4 0/7/4 0/8/4 22/5/14 So I increase the speed progressively with no incline and then come down back to 5 with max incline
