CHAPTER 4: Brand Center + Handoff — Expanding the universe The final chapter was about ensuring Charms could grow fast, coherently, and creatively. We designed a modular Brand Center that translates every idea into a scalable system: Voice and tone, mascot logic CODY, ritual design, motion cues, identity rules, storytelling, and world-building principles. Not a static brand book, but a blueprint for expansion, built to support new agents, new games, new features, and new economies as the universe scales. Throughout the sprint, collaboration with the Charms team was constant: Daily exchanges, open exploration, shared prototypes, reasoning sessions, micro-iterations, and above all, listening to each other. Charms wasn’t just designed; it was co-created layer by layer. This chapter concludes with a series of Framer video tutorials, created to help the team extend and nurture the Charms universe independently, to keep the brand alive, evolving, and expressive. By the time we reached this point, Charms was fully formed: A warm, intelligent, and expandable brand, ready for the new era of onchain agentic play. wearefloc.com

CHAPTER 3: Identity + UI Landing — Where Charms began to breathe Identity meant giving visual form to that emotional universe, balancing warmth with futurism, minimalism with magic. We explored dozens of directions until the system revealed itself: → soft retro-futurism, cozy atmospheres, gentle glows, and a sense of living presence. After 37 logo variations (yes, 37), the identity finally found us: not just a mark, but a mood, not just a shape, but a feeling. We extended this visual foundation into the first landing page, built in Framer with a clear, emotional, modular interface that introduces Charms as the universe for onchain agentic play. Even the future token was given its own identity, designed to tie together worlds, agents, and economies into one cohesive ecosystem. Charms started to feel alive. wearefloc.com
