if there was a type of "creator coin" where the creator earned zero from 'trading fees' what would happen?

This is more or less the thesis that I hold for crypto - that we are in sort of a Dot-Com style of cycle for "app coins," and are in the "crash" phase but will eventually emerge into a great boom.

Today I heard about someone losing $50M to a phishing attack because they copied a wallet address from their transaction history and sent funds to it. This is a behavior issue.
