very good olive oil is the biggest unlock for great food. nothing better to grill vegetables on char, let their natural flavour unfold, then drizzle in olive oil when finished. same thing with good vinegar. there is a huuuge variety of vinegar and it's so fun to play around with. so many dif flavours. I collect them now. if you understand this, your food experience 10x's it's incredible

I’ve been getting into olive oil after visiting my wife’s family in Istria, Croatia and having my mind blown at how good the unfiltered fresh stuff they had was haven’t found anything as good yet but this is the closest one I’ve tried, have you tried it?
