i think you’re actually very wrong. nft holders show way more diverse behavior patterns. most don’t know when to sell, a lot attach sentimental value and some hold for access or relationships.
my top art nfts give me access to artists i actually care about, so i’ll never sell them.
there are way more reasons to hold...

every smart person i know is building more than they ever have, hitting token limits every day & im glad how making stuff has been democratised
but the ability to build & ship fast without a point of view is akin to creating undifferentiated slop that gets used and thrown away,
