I don’t think I would ever choose corned beef over pastrami if both were available

Well, I *love* pastrami. And when I go to a legit spot, it’s hard not to get the pastrami. But a great corned beef is exceptional and i find myself craving it more than pastrami. If run into a great one this summer, I’ll take a pic and send.

You prefer corned beef? I just find it kind of dry and stringy most of the time whereas pastrami is often fatty and juicy

Pastrami has a higher cieling but a lower floor. If you’re at a new spot, bad corned beef has a higher floor than pastrami.

Finally, someone said it. Pastrami supremacy needs more public support
