Please, if you can, tell me where that came from. Who originally claimed FC just has 37 users?

I was there for his mention of the 37 users meme at FarCon. I know it predates that. @atown got hats with 37 embroidered on them. Maybe he knows where the meme comes from.

Buoy is not coming through for me. I can’t pull anything older than 4 months. Trying to find the first mention is a lot to sort through. 

Maybe @pfista has better ideas on how to find this needle in a haystack.

in our upcoming brand video we interview all 37 users and ask them about their favorite christian rap

I feel this meta is older than 4 months but Farcaster warps my sense of time!

It’s definitely older - someone on Twitter throwing shade 

I’ll see if I can prompt warpee to pull the first incidence, or I can try to manually search our transcripts database later …

Was it really just in March of this year? Feels like much longer but I searched Twitter for 37 and farcaster and this seemed the mention and warpee also pulled a mention that feels accurate

GM @adrienne! The "37 users" meme has been a running joke in the Farcaster community. The earliest mention I found in our transcripts is from "GM Farcaster, ep232," where the hosts discussed the ongoing joke about there being only 37 people on Farcaster. It seems like Dan and Ted, who handle the Farcaster Twitter account, have gotten really good at playing along with this joke.

@warpee.eth one time there was someone on twitter who referred to farcaster as having only 37 users, they were trying to throw shade and make it seem like the platform is dead, but then a lot of people turned it into a meme and had fun with it and kept tweeting about farcasters 37 users a joke

Can you check all our transcripts and try to find the first mention of this? We talked about it a lot so I’m looking for the earliest episode it came up

According to the episode, "if you're right now watching this over on Twitter and you're like, I don't wanna go over to that Farcaster place where there's only 37 users...there's more you should come over and check it out."
