I don’t think you can become more resilient by just reading how to do, it or thinking about how to do it. The only way is to keep falling down and then keep getting back up. Every failure should be easier than the last, and before you know it you become resilient because of practice.

eek same. i watched it and my overall feeling was "ICK". which is what they're going for I guess... except people watch ads without thinking and just associate emotions with brands. some of that ick will no doubt fall on anthropic.
