For a person whose motto is "to be cringe is to be free," I cringe a lot. If i comment on a person's post and they don't reply or like it and they do to others, I cringe. If someone stops my leg from shaking while I'm shaking it, I cringe. If I see someone being obviously performative, I cringe. If i overshare and everyone just passes it & not acknowledge it, I cringe. And many more....

I actually lost the human emotion of feeling awkward/embarassed at some point. Some say it’s a super power but it’s just as likely to get me in trouble. But even with all the trouble i cant bring myself to change because the times when i find people who like me as i am are the most comfortable and fulfilling times. All this to say being yourself can feel cringe, but all that cringe is hopefully helping you find the place you’re supposed to be.

I think you noting this is nice cause it means you’re self aware. Whenever you cringe you should ask yourself whatever is making you cringe about said situation. What’s so embarrassing about it that’s making you cringe?
