For a person whose motto is "to be cringe is to be free," I cringe a lot. If i comment on a person's post and they don't reply or like it and they do to others, I cringe. If someone stops my leg from shaking while I'm shaking it, I cringe. If I see someone being obviously performative, I cringe. If i overshare and everyone just passes it & not acknowledge it, I cringe. And many more....

I think you noting this is nice cause it means you’re self aware. Whenever you cringe you should ask yourself whatever is making you cringe about said situation. What’s so embarrassing about it that’s making you cringe?
