Had pho in Austin once with a bunch of crypto people from all over the US and they were raving at how tasty it was.
I didn’t say anything because I didn’t wanna be a downer but it was extremely underwhelming.

✏️ One might think Meta has found PMF with Muse based on how much they are spending on marketing and execution, but one would be wrong. Spending $$$ is how an org the size of Meta searches for PMF.
Unlike smaller teams, success to Meta is tens of millions of activated users. They can’t take the risk of going slower...

✏️ "Controlling Ai" is the wrong mental model.
Control of complex systems is an illusion. A comforting illusion, but still an illusion. Attempting to control often leads to destroying what makes the underlying system unique.
Better to think about how we can quickly respond to Ai's potential drawbacks rather than control it.
