Anyone have any ideas on how to combat super tight hamstrings? I'm talking tight like insanely tight, can't do any yoga poses involving hamstrings correctly π«

Another potential issue is that the tightness might be mistaken for weakness. Again, potential, as I canβt see you irl, but what is a fact is that stretching something thatβs already weak doesnβt end well. Are they strong? Both for knee flexion and hip?

Sit on the floor w legs straight in front of you. If this suck, sit on a pillow. Put a belt around your feet and hold each end in your hands. Pull yourself forward. After, spend 10mins in downward dog and do a few up dogs. While in down dog, press your heels to the floor, then release , do this a dozen times or so.
