Anyone have any ideas on how to combat super tight hamstrings? I'm talking tight like insanely tight, can't do any yoga poses involving hamstrings correctly ðŸ«

Sit on the floor w legs straight in front of you. If this suck, sit on a pillow. Put a belt around your feet and hold each end in your hands. Pull yourself forward. After, spend 10mins in downward dog and do a few up dogs. While in down dog, press your heels to the floor, then release , do this a dozen times or so.
