1.5 years into being a founder: my biggest surprise has been the physical toll. Any others go through the same journey? 6 hours in a desk chair, 8 hours laying down on my couch, 14 hour work days. Trying to fix that now! But itโ€™s like starting at square one. If I run 3 miles Iโ€™m wiped.

why? nothing better than a long zone2 run to increase VO2max. lifting is more anaerobic than aerobic.

Yes, true, more specific training and not only running. Need to keep the cardio fitness also a bit.
