Thanks to everyone that has been reporting bugs, crashes, performance issues, etc. We read every TestFlight report. Claude opens up the TestFlight crash analytics and runs the stacktrace to figure out why things failed. You are our eyes and ears. Keeping us honest. Thanks again.
Focuses this week: 1. Embedding/ML features + improvements to the feed. Someone scrolled 600 casts in one day 🤯 2. Fix data race conditions in the mobile app. 3. New Thing #1 (s/o to the testers last week!) 4. New Thing #2 (MVP)

Windsurf deal is dead because Claude Code and CLI vibe coding won. And Cursor’s accelerated growth has likely stalled out. Most serious engineering corps won’t be using an IDE this time next year, and concurrent tool calling will be more important anyways.

Yeah makes sense now why Merkle is going after tokens and the app wallet meta.

Two years ago I was funemployed (my choice), and running a Farcaster hub on my home server, quietly indexing the network. One of the hubs failed to redeploy. Turns out, Merkle shipped undocumented changes — the first tools to independently verify identity..

ARC Raiders and Claude Code + Opus 4.5 is worse than gambling on prediction markets. Just one more prompt. Just one more raid.

What happens if you run an Ethereum validator in Iran but they’ve closed off their Internet to the rest of the internet? Stakers wouldn’t get slashed. I assume their local chain would be orphaned and reorged away. The global chain wins by fork choice rule, LMD-GHOST + Casper FFG, right?

We recently migrated our internal event stack to use KEDA — Kubernetes-based Event Driven Autoscaling. After Base app launched, we have been getting bursts of activity (legitimate and spammy). Moving to KEDA means we now scale our HPAs based on event queue size instead of CPU.
GitHub - kedacore/keda: KEDA is a Kubernetes-based Event Driven Autoscaling component. It provides event driven scale for any container running in Kubernetes
