some ideas about user behaviour and products: to encourage people to do a behaviour, products should satisfy: 1. cognition: users understand why they should perform the behaviour 2. habit: users have a history or asset base that makes the action feel automatic 3: conditions: the interface removes friction so the action is physically possible and easy it’d be naive to think these are the only things but are definitely worth considering

I like products that communicate and deliver on 1 promise well maybe an oversimplification but most people don’t understand new products, they won’t get your positioning and certainly won’t try to understand unless you’ve got extrinsic incentives at play but a clear promise that resonates with the right person will go a long long way!
