I have availability to work with individuals who want to start, establish, or deepen a meditation practice.
It's a relationship of mutual-support with my time, energy, and experience offered on a donation basis; with the invitation to contribute what feels honest and right in exchange.

I think that we who have found our way here – to Farcaster & to Crypto – are unique.
You are likely someone who takes mainstream thinking less seriously than most. That's powerful in a world that makes it the simple path to conform: culturally, socially, and legally.
I believe that the people here are probably better...

My openness to things like Astrology and Human Design has only increased through meditation practice, but so has my ability to take those things less seriously.
I can utilise such things as ways of seeing, as far as they are useful, without getting caught in the fixity of self-fulfilling prophecy.

Knowing what is worth doing is the first meta-skill that is required to navigate choice-abundance within time scarcity. The second meta-skill is being able to actually follow-through on that knowing.

Offering one-to-one work on a donation basis deepens trust.
I get to trust the people I work with to route resources to my life in accordance with my needs.
The people I work with get to trust that I offer what I offer from the heart.
Not to mention, Life is just so much more delicious when trust is present.

Leaping is important. Going beyond what you know with the willingness to be in mid-air, without solidity to cling onto, is "possibility space".
Habits and patterns may cling hard, but with awareness, gentleness, and courage, you might find that the open air is also navigable.
Meditation supports a leap(or two).

I should add, not all repairs require one to re-engage, sometimes forgiveness can only happen if there is distance.
Conflict is important. It's good to know what you want and what you don't want. But more important is repair.
Repair is how conflict is integrated on individual, interpersonal, and collective levels.
Meditation supports the ease and gentleness needed to navigate conflict skilfully and repair rupture.

Meaning is important. The stories we write with our lives matter. The upcoming years of change will ask of you many questions.
Having a sense of meaning, a deep motivational system that can orient you within change, is how clarity can be found when needed.
Meditation can be the practice that clarifies motivation.
