If you offer geo-based pay, then you are cruel. We don't do that at Polygon.
If you offer geo-based pay and claim to compensate based on performance, then you are hypocritical.
It immediately eliminates compensation based on performance because the person in [insert low wage

I'm torn internally when people take time off. Is this normal?
On the one hand, I want people to relax, enjoy time with their families and take a break. I genuinely want it.
