great to hear from you john real-time, IRL, nervous system to nervous system has meant the most to me. atleast that is what I am doubling down on. the felt experience of being with another in all their facets has been so hard for me to reproduce online over the past 5 years. online social groups "can" sometimes struggle with offering that richness of context that many people can traverse together, but I think they are still so very useful in the sense that given incredible constraints, you can still atleast traverse *some* contexts with others. beings club is that to me. very special group of people. my point: I have a luxury belief/need that wants and craves the electricity of other humans that I have only been able to get IRL and that digital spaces were burning me out in a big way. said another way, I was trying to get many online spaces to meet needs that it was ill-suited to meet. and that all of them have their place but balance and discernment are required.

the aliveness message resonates with me but I still feel quite skeptical. is it really aliveness? can there be real, honest, visceral aliveness on a digital platform? like the type he talks about? maybe it's a lack of creativity on my part but I just don't think the incentives exist online to nourish aliveness in humans. atleast I haven't experienced that. but ofc, like most things, I am probably wrong about this in a way that i can't really understand right now

My honest assessment is that it can be skipped unless you're looking for some spiritual entertainment. It's a good read. I really liked it when I explored it for a while. It didn't materially change my life (or maybe it did and I never noticed) but it did introduce me to a lot of new concepts and ideas at the time that I still use today.

He introduces concepts that you won't see in the secret. Some subtle energetics that he calls "pendulums" and a lot of nice ideas around self-development. It's entertaining self-help. I enjoyed reading them.

A mid-week progress report. I've shipped several bug fixes today, but the work continues. Here's what's left on the roadmap for this week and how I'm prioritizing it. Wow. I just read it and I'm genuinely blown away. The public conversation started by @ace about the history of "reply-to-earn" was the most important one we could have. Today, it just received the most powerful answer possible from @jake. His belief in the original vision of @balajis.eth Earn.com, and his single, crucial insight that they were early, and we might not be, it's validates the entire thesis for Reply. The bet has always been that we're at a unique intersection where: 1. Culture is Ready: Thanks to the daily habits built around tools like @noiceapp, @ampsfun, @qrcoindotfun, @tipn and others. 2. Tech is Ready: Thanks to the seamless mini-app stack. To see this thesis echoed by someone who was there is all the conviction I need to keep building. And this brings me to the second point: this entire interaction is a masterclass in the value of the QR app auction @qrcoindotfun . I haven't even won the auction yet, and it has already led to this incredible, high-signal endorsement and a new supporter. It is, without a doubt, a win-win for serious builders. I can't use vault yet to reward Reply community, but I received some creator rewards and sent to my Farplet to set up Noice tips. I might also convert some to USDC to make promotion in Amps.fun , it sad that we can't any more promoting with Noice, the ability to choose what to promote in Noice was a killer feature, but I love it anyway and they're doing great job!

My creator friend @runn3rr said that he has 40+ unread FC DMs + some chats. It's the same story as our spam-filled inboxes on X or bot-infested DMs on Telegram. It's a web-wide issue. Does anyone has the same problem? Share the screen with your unread messages count!
