Of the last 24 hours, I’ve slept about 14 of them with small breaks for dad-ing.

It’s been a tough week, but it made me realize I haven’t really been living lately.  I’ve been floating through like a ghost without much substance.

This week, I start to live again 🏴

Last week I made a commitment to live.  Since then:

- I spoke truth to power (they weren’t happy)
- I found a cottage-like oasis in the middle of Toronto
- I jumped into a super cold lake without a wetsuit
- I biked so hard I almost puked
- I taught my kids how to spray water with their hands
- I dealt with lice
- I literally felt the rain on my skin (@triumph)

It’s not even about doing new things - it’s just about savouring all the things I have.

My new sailing club down at Cherry Beach.  It’s 15 mins by bike and you can’t tell you’re in the city, it looks like a cottage
