I imagine some states would subsidize this, esp when you're in one that relies on it as much as we do.

Interesting to think about from a more historical pov, like farmers almanac. High cost for questionable data. How truly free is it now? My bet would be on the inverse.

Most predictions would cost money but i guess weather prediction is more like drinking water, you can find fountains on the street too!
