My 2026 Word of the Year is going to be Discipline. It's not the first time I've had that word for the year - last time was in 2022, and it set off the chain that led to me returning to college (I'll graduate next year), learning to read Chinese, and a whole host of other positive life improvements.

We're in that liminal last week of the year now.
That space between Christmas and New Year where time moves a bit weird and all the normal routines breakdown.
Embracing that liminality to set myself up for how I want 2026 to go.
