I used to be a good public speaker in high school (I was doing debate). Skills have definitely gotten way, way worse since then. Even conversationally, I stumble a lot more. Advice?

Meditate. I find it helps just being comfortable in your own head space, while quieting the second-guessing parts. Allows one to speak from the heart, which helps connect with audience.

Airchat was the best thing I ever did for public speaking. Regularly recording myself and instantly having it played back to me was a tight feedback loop. Idk how to recreate that for yourself. Maybe a voice fc client?

Record yourself. Watch it back. Note the errors. Try again. Rinse. Repeat.
