Can confirm. We got our first ever subpoena this month for DiviSwap. Wild experience. So much administrative overhead required and we are self custodial. Can’t imagine dealing with it in the scale of Coinbase. Ultimately worth it though. The fees are sweet and the convenience of never having to use Coinbase is amazing.
