You're better equipped to be a parent than you'd expect. -Go with the flow and support your partner -Sleep whenever possible, srsly! -Don't compare your baby's habits to others -Buy a noise machine & Dr. Brown's bottles -All the shows/movies you've wanted to watch...now you can (late night/early AM shift)

Stop trying to work on weekends. It's useless. Your wife will get pissed. You will get frustrated. And you will not even enjoy your kids. Weekend is now equal to "wife + kids". Enjoy :) ... and congrats!!! 🥳

Congrats, my friend! I just dropped my oldest off at college. Just be present as much as you can... emotionally, intellectually and also physically (though quality beats quantity here). Also, introduce exotic foods early, don't judge other parents or parenting styles, and get ready for some extreme highs and lows.
