A large part of innovation happens on the perspective of what one views as cheap to subscribe vs not. For example, I’ll barely blink once to subscribe to a new ai interface @ 200/mth. But ask me to pay .99 or download a free app with no ai agent, I can’t be bothered.

It’s wild. The wife I know on child 3 to be. Is not the same wife I knew on child 1. Same applies to me, but it’s interesting who we are going into it, then coming out on the backend. A lot of beautiful lessons in between. Some fun times ahead!

I now have a theory that most legacy orgs will die to startups largely due to “token entropy” at scale vs white-sheet businesses layering aiOS systems. ++ From now to June 22 there should be an explosion of token demand due to artificial supply constraints.

My oldest has been attending Alpha School for 1-month now. I finally see the kid who loved learning, is learning, and wants to keep going back to school to learn. It’s everything I expected to be, and more. I was shocked how much she changed in 1-week, for the better. Their focus is on life skills. My daughter

Why consumer is so hard and paradoxical. Half the time user churns because their own cognitive load gets in the way. Eg. The button says cancel but you press it because you don’t notice the blue got your attention and you fall off because you think it doesn’t work.

I went through this phase 2-3yrs ago, and now carry it in my work. It’s surprisingly the hardest thing to achieve in any of your work. It’s also where things are most micro-critiqued.
