Personally the idea of potentially allowing Bitcoin microtxes via Lightning, such as using NWC/nsecbunker/extensions to connect to Lightning enabled wallets, would be an absolute game changer for Farcaster, and a huge paradigm shift from the "standard" FC clients we see. Lighting L2 addresses provide an e-mail like form (example: mine is "[email protected]"), and avoid the heavy fees needed to transact in small amounts, and frequently. It means micropayments like tipping, etc., are much cheaper/non-existent. I'm not sure if this is the direction @haole is taking, but it's something I would welcome!

hey @haole can we stop notifications from muted accounts in @recaster-fc? Just got some from an account I muted, though in the pushed notifications feed it seems to have been hidden. Also, a way to list and manage all muted accounts would be awesome! tankzzzz! 🙏😻

it's just amazing to have seen @recaster-fc grow for over a year now. I've bothered @haole a lot with bugs reports and suggestions over the months, but he's always taken them seriously and helped resolve them. that's what makes recaster such a great client, for me. it's the feeling that I've been listened to, improvements made based on my feedback, and I feel like there's a little bit of me in recaster. 😻🙏

Thank you, @dwr I know there are some complaints about Farcaster's recent decisions, I disagree with some of them too (like the button move). But as an indie dev, I still think Farcaster is one of the best places to build. Like Recaster, I had zero incentives or marketing, and Dan went out of his way to help promote it a lot. Now Recaster has ~200 dau, which is already better than most crypto projects. I'll keep building Recaster, plan to focus on real discussion rather than the KOL/OG-driven dynamic. Stay tuned!

A few @recaster-fc queries: 1. is there a reason we can't get push notifications for likes @haole? 2. lately I don't get any android push notifications at all (for mentions, follows , anything) 3. there's a lot of times where the on screen keyboard covers stuff. For example: when cast length gets long enough to "go under" the keyboard, the @ name picker, bottom bar (image upload, channel picker, etc) 🙏 🐱

@casteragents is a pretty annoying account Thankfully, Neynar has a global ban API for app, so I'll block more similar accounts in Recaster. https://docs.neynar.com/reference/publish-bans#ban-fids-from-app

Hi @haole Would it be possible to add regex matching for keyword feeds? I just started playing around with it and I'm a sucker for all things *strategy It would be nice to have support for regex keyword that can match - ethstrategy - aerostrategy - punkstrategy - apestrategy - pudgystrategy 🙂
