Going to take this moment to promote my favorite floss (is it weird to have a favorite floss?): a home-compostable floss in recyclable packaging: https://bitetoothpastebits.com/collections/oral-care/products/floss?variant=40598199042153 Full disclosure: it breaks more easily than conventional floss, so weigh having to occasionally pull floss strands from between your teeth against your desire to reduce the amount of trash you produce.

I go to dentist twice a year, Iβm very obsessed with teeth care haha. I do water picking, flossing and interdental brush, ofcourse tongue scrape and electric tooth brush. It seems to work pretty well. I like tot think it as a skin care routine process but for teeth π€

Visited one few days ago and they had to pull out the newly emerging wisdom teeth. Sitting with clamped jaws and living on soft foods π
