I go to dentist twice a year, I’m very obsessed with teeth care haha. I do water picking, flossing and interdental brush, ofcourse tongue scrape and electric tooth brush. It seems to work pretty well. I like tot think it as a skin care routine process but for teeth 🤓

Right, tongue scraper is a such a game changer. I don't know how it was before lol. Yes teeth are very important to our overall health and hopefully will have it forever haha

i go 3-4x a year 😅 i have invisalign so you have to get your teeth cleaned more often since you're wearing retainers like 22hr a day

idk how anyone *doesn't* use an electric tooth brush + tongue scraper. i feel soooo gross if i don't scrape my tongue twice a day!!

but yes it's so important to take care of your teeth! you have them foreverrrr
