+1 barely posting anywhere (here or insta/other platforms) for the past couple months + cutting out browsing has given me much needed peace of mind from the despair that is montreal winter (and also all the other shitty, crazy things happening in the world) but just like spring, so will i thaw and emerge from my fro...

I reduced my social media use by prob 90% in the past month. Biggest change is it's been really easy to spot ragebait and just mute/scroll past it vs getting caught up in it or upset. Highly recommend taking a break and then coming back if you find that happening to you a lot
