I just watched a grandfather (I assume) put his grandkids on the train and when they waved goodbye, he waved and looked very stoic. As soon as the train took off, he started sniffling and a few tears fell. And now I’m standing here all teary eyed because it was such a sweet moment.

Today was the last day of the Sapporo Autumn Fest and it was 7 blocks of regional dishes and Hokkaido specialties. I had lunch and dinner here! There were so many foods it was honestly overwhelming.
