Feels like crypto is trending heavily toward either “definite pessimism” (aka PvP nihilism) or “indefinite optimism” (“bring the world onchain”) according to the Thiel matrix. 

We need more definite optimism.

Crypto has always suffered from indefinite optimism because it makes everyone an investor.

This means we're way too slow to call out bullshit bc "idk maybe it works seems like num go up."

imo the core job of a founder (and really any leader) is to resolve uncertainty. Turn values, abstract/vague goals, generic directions, etc into concrete next steps
