this is really good. I think I agree w/ everything here, but the strongest points are: 1. launching is a muscle, exercise it 2. don't be afraid to launch, indifference is a lot more likely than hostility 3. the ideas that are the most fun have orthogonal starting points strong recommend reading the whole thing
