So if I was going to reply back w/ a proposal I'd be comfortable voting +1 for, I'd break it up ask into thirds, with the first third being a concrete deliverable w/ KPIs that can be used to determine 2/3 and 3/3 releases. Otherwise, would say "no" as too open-ended.
