Rating the difficulty ramp from 1 kid to 2: not awful, but it's not nothing either.
The hardest part is losing the single nap time. A single repeatable block ksreplaced by piecemealing some downtime across disparate and easily disrupted nap schedules.
Easy to overindex on this in the moment given how short the season...
