this is really good. I think I agree w/ everything here, but the strongest points are: 1. launching is a muscle, exercise it 2. don't be afraid to launch, indifference is a lot more likely than hostility 3. the ideas that are the most fun have orthogonal starting points strong recommend reading the whole thing

GirlTalk is still very, very, very listenable. Only problem is the _great_ parts last for 20 seconds and then he changes the channel again. Clip show music, but they're all bangers. The Eminem + Yael Naim mashup still kills me and it's like, 4 bars long.

This interface should have been a chatbot. A joke, sure, but! More and more, I groan when forced to hunt and peck for the specific button with the specific nested menu for a specific setting. My tolerance for cognitive load when it takes me out of flow is at an all time low.
