If you have latest app / restarted it should in app prompt you. 

It’s per user, not per cast.

Where in settings is the ability to turn it on / off? 

I’m seeing some posts that let me bid on them like my wife’s but others that I cannot for example and am not sure if it’s a setting thing or what
