A lot of people in crypto don't seem to fully realize that there's been a slow comeback of ICOs over the last year and I think ICOs will continue to comeback. Ideally, they look more like IPOs where they're curated and leave the true price discovery to be found in

Not a hard and fast rule, but I've found that when there is strong bipartisan support for legislation it usually means I am going to lose more of my rights and certain businesses will achieve more regulatory capture.

There are too many issues, including:

- DeFi prohibitions, giving the government unlimited access to your financial
